Scholar of the month is a social emotional learning, behavioral, academic (SEL-BA) initiative that is designed to celebrate scholars for their exemplary work in and out of the classroom. Scholars are rewarded for demonstrating self-confidence, inclusivity, social-emotional development, positive behavior, and success in academics. Scholars receive a medal and certificate, a special lunch, extra perks at the Destiny Store, and much more. We encourage our scholars to take pride in their achievements and we continue to reward them for their efforts.
